In order to compensate the diode turn-on voltage error of a simple diode peak detector, and improve the reaction time to pull up the totally holding effect, we use the new peak and hold circuit with and without feedback to compare by the detective transfer signal of EMP reaction of the raising time. The new peak and hold circuit has two stages combined by simple diode peak detectors. The feedback circuit based on positive feedback configuration that avoid input signal weaken can improve output signal. Also the clamping network could add charging-discharging current ratio to compensate the diode turn-on voltage error of a simple diode peak detector, and raise up the reaction time of the totally detection. The first stage in feedback system can improve 21.2% to peak the amplitude, and second stage rise up 40 % to hold. The amplitude intensity of the EMP radiation signal utilizes portable coils receive from difference magnetic field directions, and uses the new peak and hold circuit with feedback to detect the peak holing voltage. We finally realize EM pulse distance measurement with the peak voltage that can be derived from the amplitude intensity of the EMP, which is corresponding to the detective distance.
