Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 99 === Due to growing oil price and awareness of environmental protection, the high pressure common-rail diesel engine is adopted by the international automobile manufactures to meet the requirement of energy saving and getting severer gas emission standard. High pressure common-rail diesel engine is investigated. In this thesis an injection sequential control circuit is designed and implemented to maintain constant pressure in high pressure common-rail tube and precise action of injection nozzle. The specified injection timing and injection time of injection nozzle are controlled in accordance with the data of movement of piston, intake and exhaust valve and instant position angle collected by cam, crank and Hall sensor. For diesel engines with different combustion structures and applications the injection timing from 0° to 180°and injection time from 450μs to 1550μs in this study afford quite flexible control range. The study provides the foundation of electrical circuit of adjusting injection timing and injection time for further development in variable applications.
