The purpose of this paper is to investigate SCARA malfunction under abnormal electrical power supply. The DAQ is used for capturing the power line disturbance such as voltage flicker, harmonics, voltage swell, and voltage sag. Therefore the malfunction of equipment failure and step loss can be monitored and analyzed; Then the fuzzy theory to numerical analysis and calculation abnormal voltage supply before the simulation system, early alarm ,the results can be used to improve the facility maintenance efficiency.
