Township District office is the forefront serve of Taiwan government. Many rights and interests which concern the people must be handled in person and many relevant forms are unavoidable to be filled in. Therefore, the complex administrative procedure is often complained by people. With its long term consideration, the public sector targets to promote the electronic government service and improve working efficiency. However, the network of electronic service government at township district office needs to be enforced, especially in remote areas. In order to improve the administrative service efficiency and decrease quantity of paper usage, an information portal service platform based on enterprise information portal (EIP) is proposed, which is a complete information integration and great people interaction. The service platform includes public network system and administrative system. In addition, to combine website related contents, Network Attached System (NAS) system is applied in the service platform to provide convenient information access for external users and to design the website maintenance function according to the motivation and purpose of internal users. Through electronic information integration platform, a township information portal service system is built to provide convenient information access, reflect people’s feedback by electronic information bulletin. The study provides valuable reference for other government offices and improves service quality and efficiency.
