However, due to some control elements such as piston and spring, most of manifold valve loss the gas pressure supplied by pressure source. Also, in order to improve the airtight, part of components are excessive intense, which results in abnormal operation and influences gas output. In this study, a novel manifold valve is proposed to controls the gas outputting to pneumatic tools, based on the principle of magnetic force. It steadily supply gas to the tool and reduce the gas pressure lossed in the process. The two type of magetic manifold valve are developed in the study, which are perpendicular magnetic manifold valve and oblique magnetic manifold valve. Though these two manifold valve have complex mechanical structure, heavy weight and large volume, they invariably output pressure and flow and avoid the excessive intense caused by strong spring.
