| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 99 === With the rapid economic development and growing national income in recentyears, Taiwan people annual income raises from US$9,016 in 1991 to US$16,423in 2009. The requirement of housing security and life quality are therefore
enhanced. However, the drastic changing society causes complex social environment and public security circumstance, the fixed and mobile patrol dutiesprovided by police officers is no longer enough to maintain public security, especially in dead angle spots. Security industry is therefore developed due toincreasing criminal cases and renewing criminal methods. After decades of
improvement, the development of security industry is getting progress in human resources and technical equipments. The purpose of this study is to ensure people’s
living security, becomes basic requirement and creates potential markets. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with supervisory system can be applied to save manpower cost and improve security efficiency. Moreover, the system assists police to maintain social society and achieves the purpose of enhancing living environment and quality.
