Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 99 === Taiwan machine tool manufacturer and its R&D techniques are well-known in the global market. However, safety device and protection equipment are not considered by most of the machine tool manufacturers except required by distributors, especially in EU market. To save the cost, machine tool manufacturers ignore these safety devices and cause frequent labor accidents, which hurt the reputation of product and obstruct Taiwan Brand to move forward. Base on EU standard and machine tool safety regulation, this study analyzes the risk of working condition and safety designs and protection equipment to prevent accidents and reduce harms in operating machine tool. According to EU safety regulation, a CE marking on the machine is required to confirm the machine met the safety standard while exporting to European market. EU safety principles require machine tool to reach the standard of “fool proofing”, which challenges the domestic machine tool makers. Base on the safety design of computerized numeric control (CNC) vertical machining center, this study provides systematic design for machine safety standard to improve the quality according to ISO13849-1 safety standard. After numeral tests, the safety classification can be ranked from first grade to fourth grade and the circuit can reach the purpose of “fool-proofing” to meet the requirement of EU safety regulation. Further, it improves the brand value and international competition of domestic tool machines.
