碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 99 === This study has been「A Enhance the effectiveness of musical enlightenment AIDS inmates」according to the analysis of relevant literature, the use of Delphi study, through Twenty-two scholars and invited experts to discuss, through interviews with experts and three Delphi questionnaire survey collect music enlightenment AIDS inmates effectiveness of the relevant information, and participate as appropriate, experts and scholars of the advice, views, the data of statistical processing, analysis of the experts and scholars, consensus, to be a musical enlightenment AIDS inmates effectiveness factors of the six institutions surface (including: environmental organizations, teacher personal factors, teacher professionalism, teaching promoting factor, teaching obstruction factor, benefit analysis), and other dimensions. And nineteen sub title. The results of this study hope to find the Enlightenment's the key factor in AIDS, the effectiveness of the inmates, as a correctional institution educate inmates about AIDS reference. key words: Delphi，musical enlightenment，AIDS inmates
