碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 99 === The research is based on the analysis of relevant literature, the use of Delphi technique. through 22 scholars and invited experts to discuss, through interviews with experts and three Delphi questionnaire survey to collect LED firms, manufacturing execution systems into relevant information, And participation as appropriate, experts and scholars of theadvice, views, the data of statistical processing, analysis of the experts and scholars, consensus, that "manufacturing execution system implementation in the LED firms's critical success factors" were: (A) efficiency factors, (B ) System factors, (C) cost control, (D) process integration, (E) organizational operation, (F) personal factors. A total of 6 dimensions, and 22 critical success factors. The results of this study hope to find the manufacturing execution system implementation in the LED firms's critical success factors, as the LED firms, manufacturing execution system into the reference. keywords: LED、MES、Delphi technique、critical success factors。
