If experienced or new staff into the investigation of tobacco and alcohol is low morale or turnover, it is a great influence on the performance of tobacco and alcohol seizing work. This study explored the actual situation of job stress and turnover intentions of detectives of tobacco and alcohol , and what kind of relationship with both after the tobacco and alcohol administration to implement the new system. Hope it is helpful and contribute to the promotion of tobacco and alcohol seizing business. The questionnaire is prepared by the literature and practice. This is the census for the actual engaged tobacco and alcohol seizing work in the Local Government Finance (Department), a total of 98 samples were studied. In this study, multiple regression analysis, the analysis concluded: 一、The detectives of tobacco and alcohol bear medium to high levels of job stress, and moderate turnover intentions, while the most strongly felt three job stress as follows: (一)Interpersonal relationships, representatives and other parties often concerned about the issue of illegal tobacco and alcohol cases. (二)Working characteristics, it is helpless to not increase the risk allowance. (三)Organizations roles, it is not adequate for existing seizing information, and not effective immediate investigation of criminal. 二、Verify the hypothesis about job stress on turnover intentions have a significant impact, the results were partially supported: Two dimensions for working characteristics and interpersonal relationships of job stress have a significant impact on turnover intentions. 三、Another analysis whether the background variables have a significant impact on turnover intentions: Four control variables for female, non-executive positions, low years, and married have a significant impact on turnover intentions.
