Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系企業高階管理 === 99 === This study describes the plumbing supplies trading companies to grasp the benefits of e-commerce and create value to customers by innovate products and providing customers with the service of total solution to survive under intense competition pressure. Hope it is helpful to those trading companies who are threatened by disintermediation.
After literature review and cross in-depth interview with those four plumbing trading companies, there are conclusions as below:
1. To make the best vantage of internet marketing for developing more new customers, creating more relationship with customers… and so the innovation of internet management.
2. Take the advantages of plumbing industries and get
the most favorable position to assist manufacturers to design new products, new manufacturing process for creating added-value products.
3.To develop the professional capacity of the business、 communication skills and language ability and combat capability. Every one works hard to create value for customers and provide customers comprehensive services under the Profit Center system and ensuring plumbing trading companies in very strong position.
4. While create value for customers, but also creating the value to both plumbing industries and its peripheral industries.Both trading companies and suppliers can keep growing at same time and supplies might feedback to trading companies with full support and cooperation.
