碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 99 === This study was aimed at discussing the current status of remove classes started so by Pin Hwa High School and studying ways of qualitative research. It was done through interviewing school Board Chairman, teachers, students and parents, corporate figures so as to know opinions and suggestions by various quarters on its implementation for references for improvement of the remove classes. Conclusion of the study were: 1. By starting the remove classes on implementation of the educational philosophy of regardless of categories, the Board had been attaching great importance to the training of teaching staff for the remove classes. 2. The support by the administration department to the remove classes was yet to be enhanced and the “Special Auxiliary Department” should play its positive capabilities. 3. Curriculum structure of the remove classes needed to be improved i.e. increasing skills curriculum, the curriculum materials had to be varied to link up with Form one and the teaching assessment should be diversified. 4. Teachers for the remove classes who were lacking in teaching skills and educationally professional knowledge should be trained systematically. 5. Parents were satisfied with the status of teaching by remove class teachers and the study by students. 6. Students were basically adaptable to the remove class curriculum. 7. Corporate figures felt that the remove classes were able to benefit those children of low academic achievement. The researcher thus came up with proposals based on the above conclusion for reference of study of remove classes by Pin Hwa in the future.
