The purposes of this study were: 1. To understand the status quo of the principal’s leadership style, school marketing and school effectiveness in four counties junior high schools. 2. To reveal the differences of principal’s leadership style, school marketing and school effectiveness in terms of various demographical backgrounds. 3. To reveal the predictability of principal’s leadership style and school marketing to school effectiveness in junior high schools in four countries. This study adopted questionnaire survey and uses “The questionnaire of investigation between junior high school principal’s leadership style, school marketing and school effectiveness” as instrument. This study aimed at junior high school teachers in four counties as target population and randomly selected 438 teachers as study participants. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression were employed to analyze collected data. The major results of this research are as follows: 1.The status quo of junior high school principal’s leadership style, school marketing and school effectiveness were shown at high level by the study instrument. 2.Junior high school principal’s leadership style were different by teachers’ posts, class numbers of school and school location. 3.Junior high school school marketing were different by teachers’ gender, years-of-teaching, posts, class numbers of school and school location. 4.Junior high school school effectiveness were different by teachers’ gender, years-of-teaching, posts, class numbers of school and school location. 5.Junior high school school marketing was the good predictor of school effectiveness. Finally, some suggestions for educational administration systems, junior high school principals, and future researches were proposed according to the results of this study.
