Especially under the fierce situation day by day of price competition of the products, enterprises must create the additional value of the products, use to improve customer satisfaction, establishing with the customer, continuously good relation. In new product development, pass with customer's constant communication and interdynamic, reduce the uncertainty of new product development, can find out about the customer's actual demand even more too, success probability and performance of new product development of improvement by a wide margin. Meanwhile, meet customer's demands too, strengthen customer's affirmation to enterprise's new products development ability, further, make customer and enterprise establish closer cooperation relation too.
So for understand the intersection of customer and demand and devoted to new development of product, make enterprise district separate to some extent at products and service, and then improve the cooperation relation among enterprises and the customers, is worth domestic manufacturer's further investigating. And because the importance to enterprise of new product development, how through cooperation and interdynamic relation with customer in order to promote the performance of new product development enterprises want, and then improve enterprises to new products development ability and technology, and enterprises are under improving the new product development performance, it is subjects that this research institute wants to canvass whether can strengthen among enterprises and the customers interdynamically and concern.
New product that research canvass in the scientific and technological industry mainly this development ability interact with customer and the intersection of relation and performance and customer satisfaction of influence management bring analyse and research. Canvass and confirm the important research parameter, construct the surface and sets up and study the structure through the literature at first, and further analyze whether new products development ability show forward influence on the new product development performance, customer interdynamic to concern, manage in new the intersection of product and development ability having to the intersection of new product development and performance apparent to interfere with the result forward, what has been made conduct assessment is related. The result of study reveals:
