Facing many competitors, how to break through the traditional banks to enhance the self-will is a common problem for all of the banking sector. This study is main to find what is the key factor service quality‘s of banking. We collected 200 questionnaires and used IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA). The result of key factor is “communication”, “service Facility”, “employee behavior”, “convenience”.
