With the high population growth and limited living spaces, recreational activities are diversified into various arenas. Electronic game industry is a product of modern technology,and electronic games has become one of the major leisure activities. The objective of this study is to investigate the association of business models and firm performances in Taiwan's Electron Games Industry so as to help the industry to develop innovative and more profitable
business models. In the hope to create an effective and smoothing communication mechanism between regulator and firms which benefits the electronic game industry and society in Taiwan. The empirical implantation has through three manufacturers in the electronic game industry in Taiwan. The data are collected via telephone interview, the financial statement of underlying sample firms, and overseas clients. The empirical result suggests the existence of a significant correlation between the sample firms' business models and performances.Furthermore, the personnel cost, inventory, and quantity of marketing channel are the influential factors on the performance.
