碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系國際企業經營管理 === 99 === The evaluation of the performance in the ban of drag racing has been drawn much attention to the police administration, however, the traditional performance evaluation method has subjected to methodological weakness. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is evolved as preferred approach in measuring performance both for profit and nonprofit organizations. The objective of this study is to reexamine the performances ban drag racing via DEA. A three input and one output DEA model has adopted to estimate overall efficiency of 23 police decision units in ban drag racing over the year of 2010. The empirical result will fill up the gap in efficiency literature and provides useful information to the management and regulator of police administration.
