The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of LOVE creative instruction and information technology on linguistic creativity in early childhood bilingual education. This research conducted an in-depth analysis of the related theories on creative thinking and instruction, in which a basic conceptual framework named LOVE(Lead,Observation,Verbalization and Evaluation) was formed. Using mixed-method study, this research investigated the influence of LOVE creative instruction and information technology on children’s linguistic creativity, particularly in imagination, problem solving and question posing. The study utilized early childhood creative test that was established by the Department of Education, Taipei City Government, as the instrumentation, to compare the differences between LOVE creative instruction(experiment group A)and the uses of information technology(experiment group B).Additionally, the qualitative data such as classroom observation and field notes was conducted to support quantitative findings. The research findings showed that:
1. There were no significant differences between groups in the imagination of early childhood linguistic creativity.
2. Group that received LOVE creative instruction performed significant better than group that received information or control group in the problem solving of early childhood language creativity.
3. There was a significant difference between groups in the question posing of early childhood linguistic creativity.
4. The LOVE creative instruction can successfully promote early childhood’s linguistic creativity.
