| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 99 === This research works on primary research, with the aim to realize the influence of informational display of global warming on students’ knowledge, attitude and behavior about the connection of global warming, carbon emission reduction and vegan diet. The research of gathering information, based in quantitative study, and supplemented by group interview, issued 500 copies of questionnaire, with 418 effective questionnaires, effective response rate 83.6%. The interviewee students are 41 in total. The result is processed and data-managed by means of descriptive statistics, and interview notes/transcript analysis, with comparative analysis of respondent background variables.
The research has discovered that junior high school students in Changhua County, after attend save the earth show, receive good learning effects in their knowledge, attitude and behavior intention about global warming, carbon emission reduction and vegan diet. The result and advice of this research can serve as material for vegan diet promotion and environmental protection for authorities concerned and environmental protection units, so as to lead students toward positive knowledge and affective attitude so as to adopt action of vegan diet and environmental protection.
