The research tool is the questionnaire; the 294 participants are the teachers who participated in the activity called “Teachers Subsidized by the Education Ministry to Practice Professional Development Evaluation” in 2009. Then, the questionnaires will be analyzed by the descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and so on. The thesis attempts to conclude that (1)The teachers’ recognition on the Evaluation proves intermediate; the status quo of their job stress proves middle-high. (2)The differences of educational degree and school size on the teachers recognition to the Evaluation proves significant. (3)The differences of educational degree and school size prove significant to teacher’s job stress. (4)The Evaluation presents significant correlation with the teacher’s job stress.
