To find development opportunities, adding tourism industry came into being new types of tourism, enterprises must only engage in production from the past, to service development and innovation in diversity goals, the "tourism" into the manufacturing industry, the factory became the industry to show new, diverse development and create new business opportunities. Industrial tourism is a new type tourism that combination with manufacturing and tourism, site selection is to provide the original manufacturer of the best environment to develop. Do the best environmental conditions have the sustainability of the advantages for the tourism development in the follow-up or make the conditions of a disadvantage? Therefore, this study used the tourism business tactics to know how the original conditions conducive to set up factories to impact the tourism development. The study shows that in the tourism resource tactics, the "raw materials" and "agglomeration economies" locations were the key factors; in the tourism market development tactics, the "raw materials", "agglomeration economies" and "policy" locations were the key factors; and in breaking of traffic restrictions tactics, "traffic", "land" and "personal reasons" locations were key factors. Facing the poor location conditions, industrial tourism need to work together with the local and region to create a greater effect, by cooperating with the local and region, industrial tourism will present whole value. 曾宇良 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW |
