To achieve the above purpose, this study used random sampling method to select 800 employees. There was a total 643 returned questionnaires with 604 valid ones, and the valid returned rate was 75.55%. We then adopted descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis for statistical analysis. The results were shown as follows: the police administration in Changhua County police bureau had different thoughts to personality traits depending on different marital status, number of children, age; different thoughts to work ethics depending on different number of children, age, work experience, job categories. In addition, Personality traits had positive effect to organizational performance. Personality traits of extraversion, openness, and agreeableness had positive effect to organizational performance. Overall, when subjective view of work ethic and work ethic to determine is higher level of agreement, organizational performance is higher level of agreement.
