Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 99 === The study was to investigate the current situation and the relations among the work pressure and work satisfaction of the school lunch staffs in the elementary schools and junior high schools in Taichung city. Also, it was aimed to compare the differences of them with different personal backgrounds and school background. The research received 388 copies of questionnaires, and the effective rate was 97%. And the data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, T-Test, and one way ANOVA. By a cross-analysis between the data analysis and the interviews, the conclusions of this study can be summarized mainly as follows: 1.The work pressure of the lunch staffs is mid-level, and it primarily comes from the burden of work. 2.The beginners and the involuntary would feel more pressure at the work. 3.The work pressure would be felt more obviously for the staffs from the schools with 13 to 24 classes. 4.The lunch staffs under the mode of private-management would feel more inner-conflict pressure; however, in the perspective of relationship, the lunch secretaries under the mode of public-management would feel more pressure. 5.The work satisfaction of the lunch staff is mid-level, with a higher satisfaction in individual psychology. 6.The work satisfaction is apparently higher when the lunch staffs are served by the deans or subject teachers. 7.Once there is a central kitchen set up in the school, the work satisfaction is generally higher. 8.There is a correlation between the feeling of work pressure and the feeling of work satisfaction. 9.It would be more ideal to set up its central kitchen, either under the rivate-management or the public-management. Furthermore, with their own central kitchens, they might share the resources with others in case of low birth rate in the coming future. 10.To meet the needs of safety, health, nutrition and delicacies are the objectives of all the lunch staffs.
