In order to achieve the goal of the research, the students enrolled in the rotary cooperative education program either in public or private vocational senior high schools in Taichung, Chang-hua and Nan-tou in the year of 2007 were delivered the questionnaires. There are, in total, 395 questionnaires retrieved, within which 348 copies are valid samples while 47 invalid copies are excluded. The effective retrieving rate is 88.1 percent. The valid retrieved questionnaires are analyzed by using the statistical approaches, such as One-way Analysis of variance(ANOVA), Typical ANOVA and Hierarchical Regression, etc., so as to examine the research hypotheses. To be specific, the results of this research are presented as follows. 1. Vocational high school students in the rotary cooperative education program in central Taiwan have conspicuous differences respectively in learning attitudes, class students’ behavior and work values, due to the differences of parenting styles. 2. If vocational high school students in the rotary cooperative education program in central Taiwan are inclined towards anxiety of learning, interests of learning, habits of learning and practicality in terms of learning attitudes, their performance in the category of work values, such as self-growth, self-realization, self-respect and social interaction, will be in a higher scale. However, the relativity in the aspect of anxiety of learning is the lowest in the scale. 3. If vocational high school students in the rotary cooperative education program in central Taiwan are inclined towards anxiety of learning, interests of learning, habits of learning and practicality in terms of learning attitudes, their performance in the category of class students’ behavior, such as class identity, interaction of human relationship, responsibility in jobs, and self-improvement, will be in a higher scale. The relativity in the aspect of anxiety of learning is still the lowest in the scale. 4. If vocational high school students in the rotary cooperative education program in central Taiwan are inclined towards class identity, interaction of human relationship, responsibility in jobs, and self-improvement, in terms of class students’ behavior, the performance in the category of work values, such as self-growth, self-realization, self-respect and social interaction, will be higher as a result. 5. The learning attitudes of the vocational high school students in the rotary cooperative education program in central Taiwan produce a mediate effect between the parenting styles and work values, while the indirect effect has also achieved a conspicuous level. 6. The class students’ behavior of the vocational high school students in the rotary cooperative education program in central Taiwan produces a mediate effect between the parenting styles and work values, while the indirect effect has also achieved a conspicuous level. In the end, in accordance with the literature analyses, research discoveries, and conclusions, the researcher will offer the vocational high school students in the rotary cooperative education program, the instructors, and the follow-up researchers some related suggestions, which are proposed as a reference for the instructors in the rotary cooperative education program and the education workers associated in this realm.
