This study uses qualitative research methods to explore the literature and to carry out document analysis. Four groups are selected to participate in the National School Science Exhibition. The winning vocational group consisting of four instructors and their students from the Civil Program, will present their case studies. Their basic theory is reviewed by the qualitative analysis software entitled “QSR NVivo 8”. This is used for data collection and analysis and to establish participation in the development of the award-winning students for the civil program. The qualities of the award-winning students, the instructors, and their strategies is the key to winning the science exhibition. Research done by the above process, are the following conclusions: The following conclusions can be found from the research done in the process above. 1. The award-winning students from the civil program who perform above average will more likely be positive and enthusiastic. The obedient students that work together in a group will have better qualities. Not only will they have better qualities in their research, the students curiosity, patience, and perseverance will also improve. 2. The civil program of this award-winning show is a learning process and focused at the students education in the theme of co-construction and learning activities in science fairs. 3. Through guidance of teachers, students in the civil program will develop successful strategies for the instructor-led science fairs and exhibition activities. In the processes and Manpower Branch, the instructor guides the students who participate in the exploration of the science fairs. 4. The science fairs, which has a rich history and tradition, is backed up by the administrative logistical support and the encouragement of teachers and parents.
