According to this study, improving the management of queue mechanism on the basis of the Differentiated Service makes receivers to have better efficiency and video quality. This mechanism has two parts. First, it applies Currently Unused of DS Filed to classify. Second, it applies the improving RED with in/out and Coupled Average Queues Mechanism to manage the video packages on the basis of the Differentiated Queues. According to the relationship of all video packages, try to reduce the video packages which were abandoned as random as possible via different loading from the Internet. Also, it continually maintains the quality of the basic videos from the receivers. Moreover, it increases the quality of the accepting video packages efficiently.
