Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 電機工程研究所碩士在職專班 === 99 === This thesis proposed slot antenna designs for dual-band and tri-band wireless communication systems. First, we tuned the parameters to determine the requested frequency bands (WLAN、WiMAX and Bluetooth) of the antenna. Secondly, we developed the design procedures of the antenna by analyzing the main factors of slot antenna, such as slot width and length、slot patterns、 and meander lines. Further, we minimized the slot antenna size and fine-tuned the antenna bandwidth. Also we summarized a brief process flow of the slot antenna design. Finally, we compared the differences between HFSS simulations and hands-on experiments of the antenna characteristics, such as return loss、radiation efficiency、peak gain、and radiation pattern. Satisfactory results have been obtained.
