Even the OEMs have to respond quickly to customers’ order by changing their production models through the Supply Chain Management. With the implementation of collaboration commerce, both customers and suppliers can work together to increase competitive advantages and realize a “win-win” strategy. This study designed a case study to investigate how collaboration commerce is implemented in by using build-to-forecast model with Supply Chain Information Sharing. The finding of this study shows that both customer and supplier can share their rolling forecasting information to respond quickly and efficiently to market needs. However, the performance of such collaboration can improve a lot if the statements of obligations and authority canbe definedexpressively for both sides. This finding can provide insights to practitioners for their decision making considerations.
