By means of designing different forms of new product development to better assist the R&D employees, the company manages to complete and improve the development as well as efficiency and follow-up for various new products. The applicability of such new product development model in other industries is concluded as follows: 1.The establishment of a new product development system will facilitate the training of R&D employees and speed up the pace in familiarize themselves with the process. 2.The establishment of a new product development system will reduce unnecessary waste in any form and strengthen the efficiency as well as financial profitability for the company. 3.Company can set up a set of standard procedures for new product development, design appropriate forms for various new products, and complete the new product development based on the standard procedures.
