The next, in the dimension which native people contacted with colonial governing, it uses the concept of “Cultural Governing” to expound how colonial society was formed. Through the study on period and object, which are from middle Qing to early Japanese ruled period and the realm of central Taiwan , aims gaining typical of development and administration by the context of social change and colonial ruling in the central Taiwan.
