The characteristics of regular customer are as follows: long-term partner relationship, stable demands, and low foundry price. However, the foundry price for irregular customer is higher than it for regular customer. Generally the demand of Irregular customer varies radically and the contents in his order are frequently made changes. How to allocate capacity to these customers is an important issue. In this study we analyze the market trend and use decision tree to select a capacity allocation alternative among the given feasible alternatives to maximize the profit for F memory card back end foundry.
