Beside, the inventory level depends upon the accuracy of forecast in traditional inventory control and supply chain management - such kind of management thinking brings high inventory stock in whole supply chain but low fulfillment and service level to the downstream customer. To overcome the predicament, will use the concept of 「Demand-Pull」and 「Buffer-Management」in Theory of Constraint (TOC) to verify the feasibility against “L” brand headset product. The historical data ranges from Jun’08 to Dec’08 and the simulation of 「Demand-Pull」and 「Buffer-Management」will be the control group comparing with four performance indexes in current operation mode.
