To overcome the predicament, will use the concept of 「Demand-Pull」and 「Buffer-Management」in Theory of Constraint (TOC) to verify the feasibility against “L” brand headset product. The historical data ranges from Jun’08 to Dec’08 and the simulation of 「Demand-Pull」and 「Buffer-Management」will be the control group comparing with four performance indexes in current operation mode.
