A self-constructed questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data. 364 questionnaires were sent out with 272 returned and 252 were used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics with t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that it was constructive and positive of the Olympic ideology cognition with the respondents and there was only of significant difference on different age groups in terms of economic cognition. It was recommended that Olympic education should be introduced as one of the courses in university general education and the spirit of the Olympic should be put into practice by physical education teachers.
