Disregards of standing in a disadvantaged social position, the mentally challenged students require to be more respected and valued, for who were usually restricted by their own disability. Thus, the assistance of others , and adjustment of exterior environmental hardware are often requested in order to help them to go on better in the society. This research, duration of 8 weeks by 3 times a week and 60 minutes each time, aim to study the cognitive movement training machine on special education students in vocational Ministry of mental retardation male, and the impact of their muscle strength. The subjects were selected randomly in National Linkou special education school students Study, and divided into 2 groups of 4 each in experimental groups and control group under experiment. Results show: 1. After the training of cognitive strength training machine, post-test scores of the lower limb muscle force is significantly better than the prior-test scores. 2. Lower limb muscle strength in the experimental group has outer performed, the control group. Therefore, the Study concludes cognitive movement training machine is able to enhance the lower limb strength performance of students of mental retardation, and improved their walking ability.
