Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 體育推廣學系碩士班 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of school exercise resources for community exercise development in junior high schools in Taoyuan county. With community exercise organizations, human resource, exercise events, funding, activity time, activity environment, and sports facilities, it is analyzed to explore whether school exercise resources are the sufficient conditions to promote community exercise development. The questionnaire “Questionnaire of the status of school exercise resources in Taoyuan junior high schools” is designed to understand the current opening practices of school exercise resources. To interview the people who are in charge of promoting community exercise development is the other way to comprehend the needs of community residents. By means of questionnaire and interviews, this study makes a research and analysis on the assessment of school exercise resources for community exercise development, and advances some suggestions of promoting community exercise development. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The school exercise resources involving community exercise organizations, human resource, exercise events, funding, activity time, activity environment, and sports facilities are all the sufficient conditions to promote community exercise development. 2. The respondents in the survey think that schools have sufficient facilities and are the most experiential to organize, guide, plan, and stimulate the residents to participate in community exercise . 3. The assessments of school exercise resources for community exercise development are as follows: (1) School is the most suitable organization of promoting exercise development in the community. (2) School has the most professional human resource in the field of physical education in the community. (3) The exercise events provided by school can meet the need and interest of most residents. (4) Rare charge in using sports facilities from schools helps to encourage the exercise behavior in the community. (5) The activity time school opens to the public corresponds the time residents do exercise. (6) School has the most sufficient sports facilities and resources in the community.
