This paper will use real-time energy data acquisition systems and computer integrated manufacturing system, CIM integration, the energy monitoring and the use of programmable controller, providing simple and effective method of control to save energy (water, electricity, gas) usage. Core technology lies in data transmission, statistical analysis and upgrading of the network monitoring and automation of electric power by monitoring and control system, power can easily gather information and reduce energy use. The design of the same design with the smart grid concept to machine learning, neural networks, and rule-based expert system based on programmable logic control methods such as the demand for electricity to make the most effective control, this system can be proved by the realization of ideas in accordance with Smooth operation to save energy, reduce energy use in due course to improve power quality monitoring to prevent extreme about electricity.
