Traditional wedding ceremony and related services cannot fulfill the need of most of customers today. Although bride secretary is a new industry, it still suffered the reduction of sale quota but also forced to transform the business type to fit the fashion trend. But the only thing unchanged is that the impression of customers to the brand. The research of relation metaphor is a hot research issue in marketing research domain. However there are little researches use practical samples to verify the relation metaphor, let alone researches focus on the relation of the brand of bride secretary in Taiwan. Consequently, the aim of the research is focused on bride secretary in southern Taiwan. Further research can based on the results of this research, and extend the scale to whole Taiwan to complete an integrated research. This research based on Fournier's preliminary model. Furthermore, questionnaire, in-depth interview, and case study were used in the research as well. The interview results were decoded to be the data of mixed research. After the analysis we can know the corresponding items of the relationship. In further study, it can be extended to an evaluation model.
