Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 應用化學系 === 99 === In this research, we synthesized ZnS nanoparticles with differemt sizes were by chemical precipitation method at room temperature in aqueous solution. Powder X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the ZnS structure. We will discuss the electron paramagnetic resonance spectra which measured for four different average sizes from 3 to 30 nm and commercial bulk ZnS particles at room temperature under irradiation. All EPR simulated spectrum obtained by using the EasySpin program. In this case, we found all of powder samples with their g-value or center line g-value are close to being 2.003. The g-value doesn’t decrease with an increase of particle size. Furthermore, no additional signal was observed when our samples of EPR spectrum measured under UV-irradiation.
