Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 應用化學系 === 99 === In this study, dopamine functionalized carbon nanotube(CNT-DA) was synthesized two kind of carbon nanotubes are used, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) and single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNT). There are 4 modified electrodes:SPCE / MWCNT、 SPCE / MWCNT-DA、SPCE / SWCNT and SPCE / SWCNT-DA. The modified electrodes ware studied by electrochemical methods and average surface coverage (Γ) electron transfer coefficient(α) and the direct electron transfer rate constant(ks) were obtained. The modified electrodes were used to detect five kind of analysts in pH 7.0 PBS, including vitamin C(AA), NADH, GSH, CySH and 2-ME. The thiol molecules were observed to deactivate the electrochemical activity of the modified electrodes. The processof the possible reaction mechanisms were proposed.
