| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 社會政策與社會工作學系 === 99 === The main purpose of the thesis is to study the relationship among the intimate partner violence social workers’ stress from work, response of work stress and the strategy of coping with stress. The sample consists of 172 intimate partner violence social workers in the center of Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault of all the cities in Taiwan.
The research tool is a self-designed questionnaire, including “the Index of the social workers’ Work Stress”, ” the Index of the social workers’ response of work stress” and “the Index of the social workers’ strategy of coping with stress “ The survey data was analyzed by SPSS software, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis.
Based upon the research results, this study proposed some suggestions for government, school, the Center for Prevention of Domestic Violence and social workers.
