碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 人類學研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to explor the operation of high school associations through a case of National Cingshuei Senior High School. Analysis the mode of operation in high school community service assoication and the impact on students as the main object of Evironmental Protection Volunteer Team. And then explore the concept of voluntary service and service learning applied to school association. High associations impact by the Ministry of Education and school system, also limited by the pressure to advance to a higher school, so that limiting the time and space of students to participate in associations. However, the associations activity of Cingshuei Senior high school is significantly higher than other high schools. And not a minority students willing to participate in a service assoication. The operation of associations affect by motivation of member participation, the pressure of association number, the inheritance between interstage, and instructs teacher. Environmental Protection Volunteer Team not only responsible for the clean of campus, also need to sacrifice weekend to support the clean of holiday activities. However, the changes and growth for students who join team are more than other assciations.
