And in April 7, 2010 with the Bureau of Cultural Affairs to promote the combination of the declaration shows the current recovery is still the most important development of the strategic goals of Old Jyuejing Business District. But so far Old Jyuejing Business District implemented to improve the rise of the redevelopment plan: Old Jyuejing Business District improve the business district is outside space, but the old internal problems could not be effectively resolved. So, by the Old Jyuejing Business District with other business district does not have the advantage of the historical background, history and development process to follow the changes and choices, to find out the current re-development. For the history of the parties to change strategy, this thesis will be based on tourist areas life cycle theory, historical changes for the main key points to study: 1928 to 1968 (Exploration in period), 1969 to1979 (Development period), 1980 to 2000 (Assimilation of stagnation), 2001 to 2010 (the decline stage of the Recovery period), Old Jyuejing Business District selection strategy at different times under the change and tendencies, and then by further business district main actors (government level ;business level ; consumer level) research developing further development of the current after 2010 (the recovery period of the Regeneration period) in the development of phenomena.
