Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工學院工程管理專班 === 99 === By analyzing the actually execution projects of Comptroller Office, Armaments Bureau, Ministry of National Defense, R.O.C. in 2009, this research find the Military organization and firms are usually confused by their execution scopes and tasks when conducting the project management works or planning & design works. The purposes of this research are as following: Investigating the “project achievement by commissioned organization” and “tendered firm’s satisfaction by executing unit” for the project management and planning & design works tendered by military organizations, to conduct the technical service’s performance evaluation. From the above evaluation, service satisfaction and execution deficiency for each project can be learned. And it is found that in most works the satisfaction rate are below the standard. To improve the performance of project management and planning & design works, problems are defined and improvement strategies are also raised for future work’s reference.
