Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 流通管理系 === 99 === The enterprises generally use information technology to increase competitive advantage of the industry core business, promoted in the express logistics services fast, secure, transparent and service quality, that these information technology supporting not only network technology but also applying to business management of the real-virtual channel business model, and service consumers to reach a win-win goal. For the Express Logistics Service Provider in Taiwan Region, three types of channels were used commonly-including the real channel, the virtual channel, and the click-and-mortar channel. The scope of this study is to analyze the suitable channel by advanced methods of the Analytic Network Process (ANP) for the Express Logistics Service Provider to meet the challenge of competitions. The patterns of management-The international air express service provider, domestic express delivery service provider, and great china area express service provider, were evaluated based on analysis of strategies of management: innovation, growth, cost, differentiation, and alliance. The click-and-mortar channel was selected as the most suitable channel based on these studies, and the suitability of this channel to Express Logistics Service Provider was further provided with value chain.
