Moreover, our government has also invested lofs of massive manpower、budgets、environment improvement in the past years and Clinical trial and Research and Development technology are even well established in domestic at present. Biotechnology divides into Biotechnology pharmaceutical products industry、Human genome decoding、Biotechnology tool、Tissue engineering、Gene therapy、Agricultural application, and the most special part of Biotechnology industry characteristics possesses low energy degree of dependency、low pollution、density of high-tech、high risk、high reward、high additional value, and apply widely to medical treatment、medicines、agriculture、food、environment protection which is a combination of over domain technology. Therefore, promoting quality of manpower、developing potential development of staff、building online platform, strengthen the course of「knowledge management」in entirely enterprise are necessarily the function to cultivate talented pepople in Biotechaolgy indusdstry. The research is mainly probing the induction of Biotechnology industry、carrying out results appraisal of TTQC (Taiwan TrainQuali System). This research is designed by 2 stages : the first stage, acording to development center of Bureau of Employment and vocational Training to carry out the「TTQS (Taiwan TrainQuali System ) which inducts results estimation and new edition trial estimation target of plan」by Council of Labor Affairs, establish the data by retrieving questionnaires which divides into Enterprise Organization version and Training Organization version. The research selects the Enterprise Organization version proceed exploration of variety factors and procedure target which effect results for exploration of achievements of industrial, and their connection with course and effect. The second stage, according to analysis of quantification material to proceed further Qualitative analysis for interviewing related people from different levels in the enterprises to know the enterprises real needs and feelings, and probe the difference between the nature material and quantification analyzes to prove the researchs conclusion and suggestion. The research inducts the industries of TTQS by the electron particle materialization and the quantification analyzes to have the positive views about this project, considering add up management achievements of enterprises after inducting、improve the interior management construction、promoting enterprises’ image. On the other hand, increaseing the learning abilities and the training investments of the staff are both reach the win-win situation.
