Biotechnology can be divided into biopharmaceutical industry, decoding the human genome, biotechnology tools, tissue engineering sciences, gene therapy-related industries, and agricultural applications, etc. The most special biotechnology industry is a high-tech-intensive, high-risk, high reward and other features, this feature throughout the medical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, food, environmental materials and other related industries. Therefore, use of biotechnology industry casters feature designed to reduce costs to pay for the analysis and whether the patented design and R & D is the main focus of this study. This paper is to explore the use of biotechnology industry casters feature design analysis, research and development phase to introduce new technologies and design techniques to achieve precise control of the biotechnology industry needs and provide the industry to improve as a reference. According to four categories (four dimensions) for expert interviews, make the dimensions of the relevant issues through analysis and screening, to design the contents of a user questionnaire. Then the user questionnaire and the use of AHP pair wise comparison method for analysis to the important items, in sequence on the need to identify R & D to improve the gap. The effective control by the combination of QFD biotechnology industry needs to establish the elements of quality casters in order of importance. The quality function deployment operations, construction of quality housing and to give the biotech research industry for efficient allocation of resources, develop product development strategies with reference. Manufactured products and thus enhance the quality and customer satisfaction, shorten product development time, and increase the success of market. Then to develop a response to R & D goals, and then replace the original problem of the poor design of the structure, the findings of this issue by reference to the direction of TRIZ principles to be explored for the development of differences, and find the best parameters designed to meet the direction of casters using in biotechnology industry. Hope this study can be applied to business innovation and the related design principles to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the development of new products, can be used as reference.
