According to purposive sampling the questionnaire survey investigated educational training effectiveness among 600 employee in high-tech companies, and recycled effective 390 samples are analyzed by SPSS and AMOS. The study represents excellent validity and reliability, for the results are shown that Cronbach α and CR are above 0.8, AVE and SMC are both above 0.5, and factor loading is above 0.7, and reached significance level. In aspect of goodness of fit, = 2.882, RMSEA = 0.07, RMR=0.103, GFI=0.848, AGFI=0.816, CFI=0.928, IFI=0.928 and NFI=0.894 provide good explanatory power in this study. The major results and findings are represented as following, 1. Learning attitude and training needs affect directly training effectiveness, so while the high-tech industries conduct education and training, they must heed state of employee’ attitude and training needs level, which promote level of training effectiveness. 2. Effectiveness assessment of Four level in Kirkpatrick model are included reaction level, learning level, behavior level, and result level. In six relations, the other five responsive relation all reach significant level except for that reaction level are ineffective of result level. Therefore, to conduct education and training need to care for trainee’ satisfication, absorbability, change degree, and etc. in that promote educational training effectiveness. 3. In effectiveness evaluation model of education and training built in the study, the integrated indicator of goodness of fit included absolute indicator, Relative indicator, and simple indicator reach standard value. Therefore, while high-tech industries evaluate effectiveness of education and training, they can apply the model in evaluation. 4. At variables of sex correspond to effectiveness evaluation of education and training, the study use method of loose replication strategy and moderate replication strategy to analyze twenty one multi-groups appraisal items . the result is shown that male and female group data are no difference, so educational training needs not to consider sex differences.
