Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 精密工程學系所 === 99 === This study proposed a light trapping module by changing the light path in the solar cell and further to enhance the light absorption. The incident light can be collected to numerous of light beams by the hight filled factor microlens array on the glass substrate with the circle channels at the back. The channel is a circle hole opening in the metal film with high reflectance on the glass substrate. The light beam will pass through the channel after focused, and the opening is matched the light beam size by design. The reflected light from the solar cell reflects repeatedly to solar cell by the high reflectance metal. Thus, the solar cell absorption efficiency can be enhanced, and it can also reduce the film thickness in solar cells as well as obtains better efficiency. After simulation, the best result of the light trapping module are the channel diameter is 25μm, the distance between solar cell and light trapping module is 0.27 mm, and the height of hight filled factor microlens array is 70μm. And the results showed at least 80 % absorption by using this light trapping module, can be achieved.
