Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 應用數學系所 === 99 === In this thesis we present the application of element-free Galerkin method to analyze two-dimensional elastostatics problems, including cantilever beam, hole in a plate and crack propagation problems.
On crack propagation problems, to distribute dense points in advance can reduce the procedure of re-distributing. However, the larger data we have, the more computing time will be required. Therefore, MPI parallel programming process is exploited to increase the computational efficiency and to mitigate the time consumed in the tremendous calculations using the element-free Galerkin method.
