Furthermore, this study adopts the concept of value net to investigate whether the franchising business model is available in Chinese medicine clinic industry and organizational stakeholders generate benefit from the business model. In addition, this study also explores that the franchising business model in Chinese medicine clinic industry face some management problems, such as consistency principle, talent management and retention.
